- Study material, Portal Access given to students is a proprietary material. It should not be shared or copied or circulated,disclose, reproduce, duplicate and distribute in any form. Strict action will be taken against violation. In case a student is found involved in any violation of copyrights of Digital Sandip Academy material or Portal, the admission will be cancelled.

- You Need to attend classes regularly, If You Miss more than 3 classes Continuously then DSA have the rights to terminate you from the Class and you will be shifted to the next upcoming batch.
- You need to submit all the Assignments till the given Deadline.
- If you Want to attend Online class then for that you need to inform in the Official group or mail us before attending online.
- If you want to learn more Practically then you have to Participate in an Internship program.
- There will be only one lunch break from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm.
- You must pay the fee installments on or before the given Deadline.
- If you face any emergency, due to being unable to attend the classes, in that case you need to submit an application to the DSA Office or you can mail.
- Suppose Somehow because of any reason or emergency you wanted to switch your batch from current to upcoming or next batch then for that you need to submit an application or mail.
- If you are someone who doesn’t want to do any assignment or internship work , then you need to sign an application form which will be given by us.
- If you are looking for a job then you must attend all the classes regularly , do the Assignments and participate in DSA Internship Program ,Tayari job ki, if not then DSA will not be responsible for your placement.
- If you want to become a Digital Marketing Consultant or want to do Startup then you must attend all the classes regularly , do the Assignments and participate in DSA Internship Program ,Sunday MasterClasses, if not then DSA will not be responsible for Anything.
- If you miss any class then you have to come to the next class after watching the Previous Lecture through an online portal.
- If anyone found Spreading Dirt, Junk or Snacks packets or any kind of trash in the class then this act will be punishable
- Student agree to pay Additional Cost Apart from course Fee, if there Will be requirement of any Software or tool Subscription, also For Convocation, for any trip or party organized by Digital Sandip Academy.
- By sharing mobile number and mail ID (single and unique email id and mobile number), students consent to receive mail and messages from Digital Sandip Academy. The institute does not guarantee for confidentiality of the number and the mail ID though measures will be taken to keep them secure. Digital Sandip Academy will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered as a result of communicating with a student by email and/or SMS.
- You agree that Digital Sandip Academy shall under no circumstance be liable to you in the event of non-availability of the Platform or any portion thereof occasioned by Act of God, war, disease, revolution, epidemic, pandemic, lockdown, riot, civil commotion, strike, lockout, flood, fire, satellite failure, failure of any public utility, man-made disaster or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of Digital Sandip Academy.
